"My husband and I planned a Pittsburgh wedding from our current home in Albany, New
York. I knew that a day of coordinator would be instrumental in assisting with arrangements,
particularly with vendors and venues.
When I first connected with Jodi, I knew that I had found a professional who I could converse
with comfortably and who would strive to help my husband and I have a truly memorable
wedding day.

Upon initially hiring Jodi to be our wedding day coordinator, she immediately offered to help
with sourcing potential vendors, helping with any DIY projects or decorations I had in mind.
Her generosity with her time and effort was refreshing and I truly appreciated her willingness
to really ensure our satisfaction.

On the wedding day, Jodi and her assistant went above and beyond my expectations. They
were courteous to all of the guests, vendors, and members of the wedding party - everybody
was comfortable around them. Jodi was right on top of all of the details and made sure the
day's events stayed on schedule. Many times throughout the day I would ask Jodi about
what would seem to be the most minor detail (but obviously was a big deal to me because I
was hoping that everything we had planned was going perfectly). Jodi would always have
the exact answer I was looking for - this was such a help for me because it freed up my mind
to concentrate on the day itself instead of the little details. I can honestly say that her
preparedness really helped me remain stress free throughout the entire day.

The day was perfect and all of our guests are still raving about how everything was planned
and executed to perfection - I am convinced that Jodi's assistance played a large part in

"Hiring Jodi as my Wedding Planner/Day-of Coordinator was the best investment that I made
for my Spring wedding. Jodi's help was invaluable to me as I was planning from out-of-town.
Every request was granted, every email returned (most within minutes!), every small and
large question answered, every worry calmed. Jodi went above and beyond the, in my
opinion, the too small amount that I paid her. She made my life virtually stress free by
contacting all vendors for me while I was at work, going with me to most appointments with
me, and doing countless hours of research to make sure that every aspect of my wedding
was exactly the way I envisioned it. Her inside knowledge of vendors assisted in saving me
hundreds of dollars. I got million compliments on the small details that we put so much time
into. She helped design my invitations, menu cards, table numbers and programs and they
turned out beautifully. She even sat with us for day-long stuffing parties!

The day-of the wedding, I was completely stress free and able to actually enjoy my wedding
in peace b/c Jodi took care of everything. From setting up to tearing down and everything in
between, I was unaware of any minor to major problem that occurred b/c she handled it.
Extra guests showing up, to going on liquor and grocery store runs, Jodi did it all. She even
helped find a ride for my groomsman to the hospital when his wife went into labor at the
reception!

All-in-all, Jodi was by far my favorite wedding vendor and would recommend her services
over and over again. If you want a day to remember, hire Jodi."

"I was really impressed with every aspect of the service from start to finish. Great communication and guidance
on song choices & overall organization, and your planning website was extremely helpful and easy to use. I
appreciated that you took the time to understand our musical tastes and embraced them, especially your
willingness and successfulness in getting us all of our song requests that you did not already have. I hope you
enjoyed the new selections!
But truly the most impressive thing was the awesome mix of music that you put together for us, and how
everything flowed so smoothly on your end the day of with not only the music but your MC’ing as well. You
obviously put a good amount of time into preparing for our event. The music suited us – and our guests based
on the full dance floor the whole night – perfectly! It was really cool to me too that some of the songs you played
that we had not directly requested were songs I love, like “Hallelujah” (one of my absolute favorites) and the
Green Day song, is it called “Time of Your Life”? And excellent call on the swing music, people loved it! Really,
you could not have done a better job, and I would give you my highest recommendation! Oh, and thank you for
the pictures, you got some shots that were from a unique perspective that I liked. I wasn’t expecting that! I hope
you enjoyed the night as much as we did!"

"Jodi was able to keep up with last minute changes in wedding size and wedding party, as most of our guests
and party were from out of state. I wanted to come “home” to Pittsburgh, to get married, though we actually
live in Colorado. Jodi went “the extra mile” to call us long distance on more than one occasion to make sure
that the timeline and pronunciation of names was correct. She was very detailed in seeing to our needs and
soothing to frayed nerves as she reassured us all would go well, doing a “walk through” on the phone to be
sure everything was to our satisfaction. At the reception, she checked in with us during the evening, making
sure that all unfolded as planned. Her announcements were timely, and lighthearted, not at all intrusive or
overbearing to the reception. She got a “feel” for the wedding crowd, and kept the entertainment going. Jodi
also made sure that people who had stepped outside did not miss important events, such as the bouquet and
garter toss. We ended the evening with some karaoke, when people had “loosened up” and it was a success,
with several people participating! Our last karaoke singer had a beautiful voice, and we ended the evening
on a good note! (pun intended). I would recommend Accents Unlimited for any event, as it is obvious to me
that customer satisfaction comes first. We could not be more pleased with the service and reasonable price
for our reception!"
